Our rental vehicles are only available for customers who are 18 years or older, and possess a valid driver’s license.
• SAFETY EQUIPMENT:
All riders are required to wear a helmet while operating our rental vehicles. We provide helmets for all customers.
• VEHICLE MAINTENANCE:
All vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced by our experienced mechanics. However, if you notice any issue with the vehicle during your rental, please inform our team immediately.
• VEHICLE USE:
Our rental vehicles are only intended for recreational purposes and must be used on designated roads and trails. Off-road use is strictly prohibited.
• ALCOHOL AND DRUGS:
The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited while operating our rental vehicles.
• INSURANCE:
Our rental vehicles are insured, but customers are responsible for any damages incurred during their rental period.
• RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Customers can make reservations online or by phone. We require a deposit to hold the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
